Now changed to use dlopen() etc, so that libmagic is loaded only if/when 
needed, and is not a runtime dependency i.e. behaviour a bit more like the 
former usage of file(1) command. This must also mean that session-start is 
marginally faster, and some usage (e.g. one-off file info dialog) is marginally 
slower.

However libmagic devel (magic.h) remains a build-time dependency.
