emelFM2 0.6.1 released

Hello all.

Another bunch of fine-tuning this time. Notably:
* build depends on libmagic-devel, and at runtime use libmagic directly, 
instead of indirectly via file(1), for file info
* support extra 'make' arguments: LIB_DIR (default PREFIX/lib) and STRIP 
(default ON)
* build-time support (WITH_DEVKIT=1) for auto [un]mounting using 
devicekit-disks instead of HAL
* support importing of all toolbar items from the other toolbar, in config 
dialog
* more tweaking of the constraints applied in 0.6.0 to thwart the behaviour of 
gtk 2.16.x
* minor bugfixes
