e2 branch - pre-release

For your viewing pleasure at http://dasui.prima.de/e2wiki/DownLoads there is 
now a new pre-release of the e2 branch code.

The big change is hardly noticeable - the deprecated clist widgets have been 
replaced.

A few attributes you may not have seen before in e2, like toolbar buttons that 
toggle, no menubars in file panes, pane columns that can be independently 
hidden and sized and dragged to different positions.

Name sorting is now based on system settings. If you have a native UTF8 locale 
setup, it will sort 'a' before 'A' (etc) and ignore '.' at the start of a name. 
If you want the traditional order, your LC_COLLATE must be, or link to, C or 
POSIX (or ... ??)

This version of e2 has replaced all 'old' config data with 'new' versions, and 
you should either: backup your ~/.emelfm2 directory and delete it, or start 
from a command line with: emelfm2 -c new_config (or whatever).

There are a few known issues:
1. on some systems, the color of text dosn't change automatically when a row is 
selected, making it hard to read (this can be force-fixed by uncommenting a 
line #define SEL_RECOLOR in emelfm2.h before building, but that also slows down 
some things a bit)
2. with some gtk themes, the column-headers in the active file pane won't 
change color (to indicate which pane is the active one)
3. plugin mvbar has been known to cause a crash
