e2 0.1 final? release-candidate

The downloads page at emelfm2.org now has another pre-release of my branch of 
e2.

This one includes some bugfixes, and some build-fixes, flushed out from the 
last release.

Feedback is always welcome, and in particular, I'm interested in how drag 'n 
drop is behaving.
