This is another system-specific parameter.

If your DE applies FD.O processes, the current value 
(Icon=emelfm2/emelfm2_48.png) should trigger a search for that icon using "the 
algorithm described in the [FD.O] Icon Theme Specification". I've never 
bothered to investigate what that is, exactly. 

You can substitute an alternative path. The absolute path of the relevant icon 
file would work. Or maybe no path at all - e.g. just "Icon=emelfm2_48.png".
