debian/

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to drop a note, that all debian users can use dpkg-buildpackage 
with emelfm2 source.
It didn't work for a long time but I mailed Tom a debian/ that should work. You 
will see that I'm named as maintainer. That's because Tom has no buisness with 
debian. So any complaints about the debian-package stuff go to my address.
The version number might be out of snyc but anything else should work.
(My bad... I'm too lazy to update it everytime Tom releases ;)
