Great. It's working fine for me.

emelfm2-tom-20050617 doesn't install message catalogs, so 
I added the script to my emelfm2.spec:

# install emelfm2.mo for Japanese
cd po
msgfmt -o emelfm2.mo ja_JP.po
mkdir -p $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{_datadir}/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES
   cp emelfm2.mo $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{_datadir}/locale/ja/LC_MESSAGES
cd -

srpm for Fedora Core 4:
