Update for 0.1.5 release

So soon !! I've had some spare time, and have been busy.

For those of you able to apply patches, there is an update for emelfm2 v.0.1.5 
at

For future reference, 2 additional plugins are in svn. One sets item time(s) in 
a similar manner to setting permissions, and the other selects items in the 
active pane which are matched in the inactive pane (after which you can use 
existing actions to invert the selection, copy names or paths+names, copy/move 
selected items etc etc)

Also a german translation is ready, thanks to Ronny Steiner.

(These things are somewhat beyond the scope of a patch.)

Had no feedback yet on the last-released cpbar and mvbar plugins. Good news, I 
guess, for most of you.
