Some Missing Icons

I just installed a new version of Ubuntu, and I installed /emelfm2_0.3.6-1_i386.deb

Only some of the icons show up, even though they all seem to be in /usr/share/pixmaps/emelfm2/.

For example, there is a trash_48.png, but no trash can shows in the center column.

The Home, CD-ROM, and Copy icons are there, but not Move and Sym Link
Rename, Create new directory, and Update pane contents are there, but not Toggle the active pane.

The missing places show a red X.
