I agree that the unsharp mask filter needs to be run especially after the gaussian blur.It takes time to get it just right .Too much and the

icon looks like crap scaled down.Unfortunately I didn't have time to play with it.
Everything else that you might want changed can be corrected by
omitting the drop shadow all together.If I change the size of the
triangle in the A then, scaled down, the image looks deformed.
Also agree that everything does need to be spaced a bit more.Just
wanted to know if you approved of this version before I did any more

that where intended for something else but they never quite fit into



maybe, after you're finished, you can suggest the icon to be added to
the official gtk stock icons. imho, you've done a really good job so
far.

Boy have I been busy.Haven't really had time to even sit at my computer and send these to you.Anyway, here is the revamped icon.Also added an "e2" icon I threw together a few weeks back while playing with a new photoshop plugin.
Had to completely redo the "rename icon" from scratch because my girlfriend deleted the folder with all my work.Unfortunately she just didn't realize what it was at the time.I was able to recover some files but most are gone.
Since I had to redo the icon from scratch it didn't turn out as good as the last one but I think it will do for now.Will work on it more after finishing some of the others for you.
