Release emelFM2 0.5.0

Hello all.

At last, we get around to an official release.

Overview of changes since 0.4.1 release:
* upgraded command interpretation, including new macros
* new and renamed actions and tweaked operation of some existing actions
* wider coverage of configurable keybindings, and build-time option to support 
pointer-device bindings (buttons and gestures)
* revised several plugins e.g. upgraded security in crypt plugin, lzma support 
in pack/unpack

This version will (again) suggest a fresh start to user's config data, but if 
you've been using a recent pre-release or svn checkout, AND you do not use a 
translated UI, then it's ok to keep using your current config file. The update 
is essentially for older versions and/or fr/de/ja/ru/pl locales.
