So is this version 0.4 or 0.4.0? Although the tarball is named 0.4 the
about screen says 0.4.0 and docs end up in /usr/share/doc/emelfm2-0.4.0
when setting "+DOCS_VERSION ?= 1". I suggest you call the release 0.4.0
because it makes life easier for packager maintainers.
