RELEASE emelFM2 0.3.3

In summary, relative to 0.3.2:

* a few minor UI refinements, notably a directories-tree dialog which may be 
used for selecting which directories to show in file-list panes (<Shift>F9 will 
show this for the active pane)
* minor tweaking of startup options, and a change to default operation as a 
normal application instead of as a daemon
* about 6 relatively obscure bugs fixed
