Does this include the find and mvbar plugins?

If the plugins' associated actions (in english translation, they are
plugin.detfind and plugin.mvbar) don't appear in the config-dialog list of
actions that can be assigned to any toolbar button, then the plugins have not
been loaded ready for use. That could be because they don't have their
respective "loaded" fields checked (in the plugins configuration dialog).
Or perhaps, in your config file, the plugins have the wrong storage path (say,
from an old installation). In that case they would not appear anywhere,
including in the plugins config dialog.
If nothing else is obviously wrong, you might try reverting to default config
settings, and then set your mvbar plugin to load, then setup your taskbar
buttons again.
