Yes. Before, the icons sized < 100 pts had a '0' in the name.

I looked into the latest specification for desktop files, and as a result, I 
now have:

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Version=0.9.4
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=emelFM2
GenericName=file manager
Comment=2-pane Gtk+2 file manager
Exec=emelfm2
Icon=emelfm2/icon_emelfm2_48.png
Terminal=false
StartupNotify=false
Categories=GTK;FileManager;
