Those commands have had name changes since 0.1.7. In configuration
dialog (click "advanced" button at bottom of dialog) look under
task bar, and change the command for mkdir from "dialog.mkdir" to
"command.mkdir".

Likewise for the command bar, change "command.list_children" to
"children.<list>" to get the old behavior back.
