I've arranged for the action to open a 'what to do' dialog for text that's not 
a known filetype. Yet to be evaluated. 
Chances are this will break other thing(s).

Most likely, you added your command into the label field, and omitted an actual 
command. In that case, the un-associated label will be ignored.
