I second what Arve said. When using the old-style history I wanted to jump quickly to directorys I once visited without marking them as "important" (if I got the concept of that semi permanent bookmarks right). It would be great to have something like an option switch within the settingsmenu to enable/disable the old fashioned history behaviour or, like Arve said, extend the back/forward Buttons.
