Hello!
At first many thanks for emelFM2. I want to help a little bit for your
project with the german translation. I start it and use poEdit to do
that. At the moment there are over 600 translated messages. But I found
a problem with the german specific letters ae, oe, ue and sz. When I use
these letters the message is displayed only to and without the german
specific letter in emelFM2 and on the console I get the message:
(emelfm2:XXXXX): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()
Because I would like to translate a little perfect I want to use the
specific letters. Is it a bug in emelFM2?
Now my system: Mandrake 10.1, Pango 1.8.1, emelFM2-0.1.4 with patch,
gtk+2.8.10...
Thank you
Kind regards
Ronny Steiner
