Not sofar. I've not come across that sort of behaviour, though I have to say
that I don't use that plugin a whole lot.
At one stage, I forget exactly when, the ABI was changed in a manner which
could cause the plugin to search in a manner other than what the user
specified. IIRC that was fixable by deleting the cache file in
~/.config/emelfm2. But I doubt that's what you're describing.
Is it possible that some unexpected match-condition is still in play, leftover
from some previous search ?
Nothing of significance has changed in the plugin code, for about 8 months.
Perhaps some more clues from you will assist:
* exactly what were you looking for, and what did you expect to find ?
* in broad terms at least, what was the extent of the directory tree that took
so long to process ?
* in which 0.3.x version did you last have success with the plugin ?
