1. It would be nice to have the option of not showing backup files: *~,
*.bak, etc. Probably in the filters or alternatively in the settings.

2. Remove the warning: "The directory '' does not exist!" when being on the
root folder and pressing backspace. I am not sure whether it is necessary to
remind it so often :), and sometimes it happens that I press backspace more
times than necessary.
