No reports of any recurrence of that problem in 0.6.0.
A few other niggles there, though. svn code has these fixes:
* don't crash when upgrading a config file older than 0.5.0
* make user-defined toolbar submenus work again
* reduce latency during mkdir dialog name-input
* don't re-destroy various explicitly-closed dialogs
* re-apply main-window key/mouse bindings in-session after config change
