Re: Crash in configuration dialog

Thanks all for the fast response. I had version 0.0.9, now I downloaded the latest pre-release (emelfm2-tom-20050526.tar.gz), and the problem seems to have been solved.
Only when I open the advanced options and press OK, I get the same error.

Hi Berend,

which version of emelfm2 are you using? Tom's branch? Latest release?
I had the same bug in Tom's last release and it is fixed now in svn.

Hi,

I just compiled and installed emelfm on a FC3 system. Everything seems to run smoothly, until I open the configuration dialog and press OK. When I run with "-d5", the last couple of debug lines are:

[NOTICE] changed_cb
[NOTICE] e2_combobox_activate_cb
[DEBUG ] set_active: 1
[DEBUG ] focus_check_cb2 (widget:,rt:pane 1)
[DEBUG ] e2_panes_switch ()
[DEBUG ] focus_check_cb2 (widget:,rt:pane 2)
[DEBUG ] switch views
[DEBUG ] focus_check_cb2 (widget:,rt:pane 2)
[DEBUG ] focus_check_cb2 (widget:,rt:pane 2)
[DEBUG ] e2_panes_switch ()
[DEBUG ] focus_check_cb2 (widget:,rt:pane 1)
[DEBUG ] switch views
[DEBUG ] focus_check_cb2 (widget:,rt:pane 1)
[DEBUG ] write config file2: /home/berend/.emelfm2/config
Segmentation fault

The config file is created but is 0 bytes. I already deleted the entire .emelfm2 directory, but that didn't help (same error). Any idea anyone?
GTK2 version is 2-2.6.0-1

Thanks in advance, Berend
