[ell-i-developers] changes in stlink to get our nucleo flashed in ubuntu

Jep, forgot to say that the assumption I made is that our nucleo:
STM32_CHIPID_F334 behaves like STM32_CHIPID_F37x ...

And there are some problemas as st-term and st-info are not functioning
