[elky] Re: Wiper un-park fix

Sounds like a good fix.

Cowl hood owners are excluded. Mine just barely clears as it is, and if they
do not park all the way, damage has occurred on the paint when raising the
hood.

I could have trimmed it up, but I like the look of it like it is.
