 Actually in the new place tank less is a waist because we now have plenty of 
space. Tank less is a better choice if there are space problems.

I knew there was a reason tankless wasn't the end-all be-all, but I
couldn't remember it.  The 60 gallon I put in uses less gas than the
40 gallon it replaced, and we haven't run out of hot water, even with
guests.  Nobody likes running out of hot water in a shower...
