Hope all's well. Living right atop the Wasatch fault, I've been through a
few of those. They're more emotionally upsetting than anything else, cuz
it demonstrates how much we're at Mama Earth's mercy.

I was tryin to come up with an analogy for the "Plagues of Egypt":

water turned to blood killing all fish and other water life: Acid rain?

frogs: They're still in France. Nothing's changed there.

lice or gnats : Wait til the snow melts and the puddles become havens for
gnats and mosquitos.

beasts or flies: We already had flying pigs: Swine Flu

disease on livestock: Mad Cow Disease?

unhealable boils : One was elected in the last presidential election

hail mixed with fire: Well, enough's come out of the sky that I wouldn't
be surprised.

locusts : We get 'em every summer. I crunched about a ton of 'em when I
spent hours in Skull Valley (west of SLC) to do the ill-fated moonrise shot.

darkness: Seems to happen earlier and earlier with Daylight saving
time....although we're on the other side now.

I better do something that doesn't require thinking.

ps. Latest shot of the Dreadnought with its new keyboard (backlit in red)
and trackball...a real bitch to get used to.

Woke up to a 4.3 EARTHQUAKE this morning. Sycamore is about a 10 min.
