Actually, a lot of them are in Europe too, they don't have phone tracing or
something like that. I can't remember what the exact reason is, but they can
have a phone line there with nobody knowing who owns it, and its ok. They can
jump ship and move on, and nobody knows where the number came from.

Not sure how true that is, but my brother in law is a fraud investigation team
manager at PayPal/Ebay, some of the things he has told me people do is crazy.
Send any scams to spoof@xxxxxxxxxx and they will forward it to the right place.
