In fact, I just found out that it would fit, I am remodeling the garage :)

I pulled the huge cabinet I made out of there and put it in the shed for now at
least. It was in front of the car, at the back of the garage so it cut about
30 inches out of my parking depth. With it there, the truck would not come
close.
My friend works commercial construction and brought home a couple truck loads
of white slatwall (has the melamine white and aluminum slots in it, looks nicer
than peg board and most of my hooks still work in it) and decided to move, so I
inherited 10 sheets of it, that's plenty for my garage. Will build some upper
cabinets along the sides and front, but I want to be able to put the truck
inside when we go out of town and when I water the lawn (hard water is a
sonbi$%* to get off when baked on by the sun)
Now with the nice monster shed... I mean tool fortress (as my son calls it) I
can hide a lot of my parts and junk in there.

Anybody have some good ideas for easy cabinet doors? Was thinking of just
cutting up some of the white particle board and painting the edges, but I keep
thinking there must be a good reason I don't see that...

Any kind words on Floor coatings, what to use and what not to?

Subject: [elky] 2WD vs. 4WD Truck

Since I'm looking at getting a truck I'm confronting whether I want 4WD. Pros:
less chance of getting stuck in a very nose heavy vehicle, highest trim level
only available 4WD. Cons: maintenance costs, rough handling, get stuck farther
away.

The majority of the trucks use will be for daily driving, the occasional
vacation trip and trips to pick up parts/cars. There are two instances I can
think of I would use 4WD: on the beach on vacation or driving around to the
back of my house - we live down a hill...
Anything I've driven to the back of my house gets stuck - it's damp back there
(wooded, little sun). I might end up parking the truck back there, since I
don't think a mega cab truck is going to fit in our garage: 8'W x 7'H door, 19'
deep...

Your thoughts?
Chris
