[eispice] eispice-0.7 Released

eispice-0.6 has just been released.

The new release contains the following updates:
- Can now use integers to number nodes as well as strings
- Added an ibis class
- Added ibis receiver and driver models
- Added sub-circuit support
- Fixed a HUGE memory leak
- Added a Tk based plotter that should be faster than the old gnuplot 
interface. A gnuplot interface is still available via the gnuplot command
