[eispice] Python Interface

At the same time when Charles developed the python interface for eispice
I independantly started to build a python wrapper for gnucap
( http://www.desy.de/~traber/gnucap-scripts.html ).
I built it mainly for automated circuit generation. This means it should
have automated labeling (working) and automated node numbering (not
working yet).

I suggest to keep this features in mind for the future development of
the eispice python interface.

BTW: I am very happy with the change of the scripting language to
python.
