It's the boot144.asm boot sector that seems to hang bochs. But, I don't
think it's because of a bug in the boot sector; maybe bochs is at the
cause of the crash. My Pentium II runs boot144.img without any problem.
Also note that boot144.img even crashes without an OSFILE on the floppy.

Best is to contact the developers at bochs and confront them with this
problem.
