Hi,

These post doc postings may be of interest to EDM members:

LINK Research Lab is looking for two post docs in adaptive learning.
Details are here:
http://www.uta.edu/hr/eos/faculty-search/posting/LINK04292015PDOC

These positions are supported by Intel and successful candidates will be
part of a research team that includes focus on discourse analytics, labour
and university transitions, and personalized/adaptive learning.

The positions have a unique dimension in that remote work is possible and
includes engagement with several universities that form the supervisory
team. From the position description:

Given the global nature of higher education and the affordances of
technologies to minimize the limitations of physical space, these
postdoctoral positions will include opportunities to collaborate and
conduct research in six locations, to be negotiated with the supervision
team and the successful candidates: University of Texas Arlington, Intel
(Santa Clara), University of Edinburgh (Scotland), University of South
Australia (Adelaide), Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh), and the
option of remote work. Candidates are expected to be primarily based in one
location, but to spend between two and three weeks annually at others. The
travel expenses for CMU, UniSA, University of Edinburgh, and Intel will be
covered separately from the position salary.

George
