Angie,

How did your student produce this document? Did she do it on a notetaker, or in Word?

As far as I know, DBT doesn't recognize the page numbers that Word assigns to print pages. However, it can recognize hard page breaks, and it may generate print page reference numbers, although I've never tried to do that so I'm not sure of the details. At the very least, you should see the [pg] codes generated by the hard page breaks, and you can change them into [lea] followed by the print page number. Then again, this may be something that Swift already does, in which case George will give you a better answer.

Steve

Hello All,

I am having problems with a file that a student sent me to print... She said that there is to be print reference indicators on the page. There are not. There are Braille pages at the bottom of the page - she asked me to print it in textbook template - but there are no print pages. I noticed that her original word document does not have print page #''s printed on them. Does this matter?

I also took another document that does have print page numbers on it and tried that, but it doesn't print indicators or print page #'s at the top as the Help menu indicates that it should....

What am I missing?

Thanks very much for your help.
Angie
