Mosey on down to Document - Page Numbering. Go to the bottom of the dialog, to
the box that says, "First page number to display".
Change it to 101.
Also, make sure your Page Number code starts at the very top of the document.

Whi will DBT not put the first page number on the first page of the document
when I change it in both the lay0-out menu and the document menu? I want the
braille doc to start on page 101. I noted this in both menus, but the 101
shows up on the second page. Help, I have a deadline.
