Steve Something I've noticed with the list style is this. First, you have to select your text which could take quite a few minutes depending upon how much you have. Also, when you select your last line, if you don't carefully unselect extra spaces, codes or words that get selected with that last line, your list style will carry on further than you want it to. I found this to be happening a lot when the next thing in my document is centered text. Ann Foxworth, Computer Braille Specialist Texas Commission for the Blind 4800 N. In addition, the List style puts a blank line at the beginning of the list, and surrounds it with block protection codes ([kps] and [kpe]). Sometimes that causes unwanted page breaks, so your idea is probably the best way to go.
