Hi Kathy,
In DBT, go to the Global menu, and select "Word Importer". Hopefully
it's intuitive from there, but if you need further Help, press the F1
key while in that dialog for more details.

I have a song book with a table of contents, this is used for a
retreat for a blind person. How are the print pages number put into
this document. I have never done this before. The song book is in
word.
