How can you show guide words in a glossary - I found the code to get the
first word, but I cannot manage to get the last word in. Any ideas?
I think you have to use the [meg] code for each guide word. I haven't done
very much with guide words, and the explanation in the quick codes
reference guide doesn't shed much light on the subject. You might be able
to get away with something like:
[meg][:]apple, banana[;]
where the [:] and [;] codes mark the beginning and end of a group of words
that you want to treat as a single entity.
