[duxuser] Re: embossing files that are downloaded

Is it 11.1 (SR4), because when I open it in that, I've realised that I
don't get asked the usual questions I expect for a BRF.  It simply
opens as a DXB file?

 

I've raised a query with Duxbury since it has me curious too.

Yes, the embossers are set up and I can emboss other documents. I am
using 11.1

Works here on 10.5 and 11.1.  What version do you have?

 

Are there embossers set up on Global: Embosser Setup?

Before embossing this document, you must use the embosser set up in
the document menu to choose an embosser is the message I get. It will
not let me choose an embosser

I tried on juliet pro 60 and Dux 11.4 worked no problem.
