[duxuser] Re: editing a table of contents revisited

I'm trying to avoid having to figure out the page numbers and type them in
manually.  I think what I do now might be similar.  Could you give me a step
by step?

Perhaps I do this wrong, however, I do table of contents in the list format
and then put the alt F7 right after title and Duxbury inserts the dots and
page number.
