[duxuser] double spacing is very easy

     This has been interesting to read the many suggestions for getting
double spaces between words, but I wonder why nobody has suggested the
easiest method.

     Simply go into the BRAILLE file and do a search and replace to change
one space into 2. Quick, easy, and works perfectly. On the files I just
tried it on, it didn't even mess up the formatting.
