Hi,

If the song book is going to be used by blind people at a camp for the blind, then you wouldn't need to include print page numbers at all. You could braille it as a literary braille book.

But if blind people are attending a sighted camp, then you would have to use the print page numbers in the table of contents and write it in textbook format.
