Good point, George. Also, thanks for a very clear (to me, anyway) explanation of why those block protect codes are there.

It doesn't apply in this case, Fina, but another reason for avoiding the H3 style in body text is that if you were generating a Table of Contents, all the items in the menu would be included in the Table of Contents. As I said, that doesn't apply here, but it's worth bearing in mind for other situations.
