[duxuser] Re: Still, more puzzled!

Hi Fina,

Sorry, I'm not explaining this too well, or perhaps not following your menu too
well. Better forget the hugs, and grab a Texas coffee.

Let's go to the start of the file you sent me.

1) "Appetizers." You have this as h1. which is a cantered heading.

2) Then you have two lines of "Queso" with prices, starting in column 1 with a
right aligned price.

3) Then you describe what's in it starting in column 5.

And it pretty much follows that pattern.

I'm assuming 1 and 3 are O.K.

However, do you want to make sure that say at least the first couple of lines
of the description following the last of the priced items (2 above) stays on
the same page with the priced item that is immediately before it?

If this is indeed the case, then I suggest you might consider two new Styles.
These may need tweaking, but we can do that later.

Here's what I'd do. (Other may have better ideas, but this will work - I hope)

Create a new Style and call it say "menuitem.". Have [ind1] as a beginning
Code, no ending code

Create another Style and call it "menulast." Have [ind1] as a beginning code,
and [kpe2:2] as an ending Code.

Where you have just 1 priced menu item followed by a description, apply
menulast. to the priced item, and m5. to the description.

Where you have 2 or more priced items, apply the menuitem. Style to all but the
last one, and apply menulast. to the last one.

All things being equal, things will fall into the right place.

If you run into more trouble, please send me the .dxp file, not the braille
file.

I'm sure we'll fix this one up soon.
