If not, you will need to set it up as a Windows Printer. Enabling have drivers, but as a last resort, you could set it up in Windows by adding a Generic/Text Only printer on whatever port the Juliet is connected to. Next, ensure that in DBT's Global: Embosser Setup, (General Tab) , "Send to Printer" radio button is checked, and that the correct printer is selected. Now send a test file to make sure it is working. You now need to go into Printers & Faxes, select the printer, right click on it, and then select "Sharing", following the prompts to "share" the device. On the other PC (the one not directly connected) you need to "Add a printer", and here you select "Network Printer", as opposed to a Local Printer. All being well, you should be able to find the printer you set up on the system where it is directly connected. Finally, make sure you change Duxbury's Global Embosser Setup to point to the other machine's printer which you have just added. The Duxbury 10.6 is installed on both computers, but only one computer which have direct connection works. When I try to emboss from the other computer, I get an error message. Can someone help me what I need to do to correct this problem? Thanks Mel
