You might wish to discuss this problem with the supplier of your braille
embosser.  I've come across this situation and it was necessary for the
embosser concerned to have an upgrade.

Hello my trouble is when I try to emboss a large document say over ten or
twenty braille pages near the end of the documents the embosser starts to
split up the pages.  it brailles half a page then stops. When I put it on
line again it brailles another half a page then stops again.
All the pages are brailled correctly except for this problem of it not
completing the entire document. I'm tired of cutting and pasting just to
emboss a few pages! 
Please help me!
