[duxuser] List of Duxbury Braille Producers

I received a phone call today from a person in Oregon which is the other
side of the U.S. from me. He said he got my number from a list on the
duxbury website under resources. It is a list of Duxbury braille
producers.
I mention this because he tells me the list is very much out of date. Some
of the people he called have not been brailling for years.
I suggest the Duxbury update this list or remove it entirely. I personally
didn't know they had one.
