Hi Jean, There are some experimental moves afoot to improve some aspects of math with DBT, but I'm afraid they won't resolve the main problem - accessibility of math programs such as Scientific Notebook. This is simply not within the remit of braille translation. However, I believe that there are things happening within the adaptive side of the maths industry itself which are encouraging, and personally I believe the next year may see some significant advances. George. -----Original Message----- From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jean Menzies Sent: 27 January 2007 00:41 To: DBT list Subject: [duxuser] Fw: Re: Scientific Notebook Reposting because it got sent to moderator for overquoting. > George, > > And if you're not...sighted... > > Are there any plans to improve Duxbury's handling of math for those of us > who are not sighted?
