Great idea, Steve!  I just returned from the NBA Regional in Overland Park, 
Kansas, and guess what?  Bob Stepp's Braille 2000 has ONLY indent/runover 
styles.  Looks like he beat us to the punch!  Have you seen Braille 2000?  It's 
awesome and it is still a work in progress. -- kt

How about the idea of an  indent/runover option in the Document Layout Menu?  
This option could bring up a dialogue box in which you could enter the values 
you want for indent and runover, with defaults to, say, an indent of 1 and a 
runover of 2.  This way, you could truly change these values as required.
