When you get the message regarding being activated already, there should be a
link to send details to Duxbury.
If all else fails, send on e-mail to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx explaining what
happened, and ensure you include your License Number, and ideally the computer
name.
Please do not post any of that information here.

Dear Group Members,I bought DBT and installed the same on my computer earlier.
I haad to format my computer. After formating the same once again I installed
the DBT and tried to activate the same but I got the message that the DBT
